Assessing Grit of Emerging Adult Diocesan Seminarians in Negros Island

Grit plays a crucial role in the development of emerging adult seminarians as they undergo rigorous process preparation for lifelong commitment to God and Church. It entails combination persistence passion, driving individuals pursue their long-term goals despite facing challenges obstacles. This study aimed assess extent grit four diocesan seminaries Negros Island, particularly terms perseverance consistency, its relationship with birth order, family structure, income. Utilizing descriptive-correlational design, 142 negros island answered 12-item scale. The findings indicate that respondents, seminarians, possess average grit.
